This mixed-use / condo project had been on and off for more than 4 years and was still in Schematic Design when I came on as Project Manager for the 4th rendition of the masterplan.  At this stage, most of the work involved working through the latest schematic design for the client based on their most current financial and zoning requirements to attain the highest density of housing possible while balancing the clients needs with the stringent standards of the City of San Francisco.

Successfully presented the 3D shade & shadow study to the City Planning Office as we were trying to get them to relook at the shadow plane that we wanted to penetrate.

Main role as project manager. Also as project designer under Bernardo Fort-Brescia.
