Presidential Plaza Office Building
This 34,000 SF building was originally planned to be a commercial lease office building. During the CD phase, a large medical tenant came on board and now occupies the entire building.
East Face
I acted as project manager and architect for repeat client that I had worked with on several other projects for the Presidential Plaza commercial park. My main role on this project was as the project designer and production staff for the schematic design phase which concluded with a pricing package and preliminary site plan approval to the City of Albuquerque.
Client: Platinum Properties Group out of Minneapolis, MN o Complete in 2006 with an overall construction cost of $3.53M (modified design/build)
