Harmon West / Southtech Masterplan (Arquitectonica 2005)

Located on the West side of I-15 between Harmon & Tropicana in Las Vegas, NV.

The program as for a mixed-use and high-rise residential condominium community. The first masterplan exploration was for a 14.52 acre parcel then it was increased to 31.86 acres for complete mixed-use masterplanning.

As the condo market in Las Vegas crashed at the end of 2005, this project never made it past the preliminary planning stage. I was the project designer for this preliminary phase working on the massing, density, unit counts, area study, etc. for the pro-forma working under the direction of Bernardo Fort-Brescia.
